Starting a new activity can be intimidating – that’s why we're trained to put you at ease. When you join one of our classes, we will work with you to establish your current level of skill and physical fitness. Once that’s sorted out, we'll suggest a skill level that is right for you to ensure that you’re getting a great workout and perfecting your technique. Most of all, though, we always emphasize learning and having fun at the same time.
